Yes, everything is easily accessible either via ramps or elevators, as well as handicap accessible bathroom stalls.
No – Our venue has an in-house catering team that can provide a wide range of options to meet your needs. We understand that you may have preferences for a particular type of food or dietary requirements, and our team is happy to work with you to create a customized menu that meets your vision. This applies to appetizers and meals, however you are welcome to bring in your own desserts.
Pets are only allowed on property during a wedding ceremony and pictures during cocktail hour. They are not allowed inside the building, must be on a leash at all times, and must be taken home once pictures are done. Service animals being the exception.
No outside alcohol, fireworks, or weapons are allowed on property. Please contact us for further specifications for event décor.
No – all guests are responsible for removing their cars at the end of the event. We highly encourage that anyone planning to consume alcohol makes prior arrangements either with fellow guests or driving services.
Parking for your event is complimentary & we have over 100 parking spaces available.
Absolutely! We’ve hosted plenty of events with live bands and other entertainment. Any music outdoors must stop by 10:00pm, and indoors by 11:00pm.
Payment options include: cash, credit or debit card, and cashier’s check (no personal checks accepted).
Your event must end no later than 11:00pm due to noise ordinance compliance. All guests must vacate the premises by the end of the rental period. Any event exceeding the contracted rental time will be charged the additional hourly rate.
Other than catering and alcohol, you’re welcome to bring in any vendor you’d like, as long as they’re able to provide a current certificate of insurance. We do have a list of top-quality, trusted vendors that we have used in the past and will gladly recommend if you need them.
While we cannot shut down the entire golf course, we take extra steps to make sure there will not be any crossover from our golfing traffic to your private event.
