Baylee Hammericksen

Academy Coach

Baylee Hammericksen is a dedicated golf coach with a strong competitive background and a passion for helping players develop confidence, skill, and joy in the game. Born and raised in Southern Oregon, Baylee brings both high-level playing experience and a welcoming, student-focused coaching style to Eagle Creek Golf Club.

Baylee’s playing career includes numerous achievements, including multiple individual and team Oregon state championships. She has also competed on national stages such as the 2017 Drive, Chip & Putt National Finals at Augusta National Golf Club and the 2021 U.S. Women’s Amateur at Westchester Country Club. As a member of the Division I University of Oregon women’s golf team, she contributed to several major victories, including the 2021 Pac-12 Championship and the 2021 NCAA Regional Championship, along with deep postseason runs at the NCAA Championships in 2022-2024. Her experience competing at the highest collegiate level has shaped her understanding of elite preparation, course management, and the mental side of performance.

Baylee also brings hands-on coaching experience, having worked with juniors and beginners throughout both high school and college. Now as a coach at Eagle Creek, Baylee is committed to helping players of all ages and skill levels improve, gain confidence, and fall in love with the game. Her goal is to combine her competitive background with a supportive teaching style to deliver meaningful, individualized instruction.
